How We Work…
Booking a party with us is easy…
First —> Check out our Soft Play Rental Packages. You can select from our pre-defined packages designed to fit the needs and abilities of children at various ages. Alternatively, you can Contact Us with details of your request and we will design a custom package just for you to meet you individual needs.
Then —>Select a package and any desired Add Ons from our selection of play items and party decoration.
Finally —> complete an easy-breezy Booking Form to let us know the theme, date, time and venue of your event. In the Additional Information section, please let us know as many details about your party as possible to help us accommodate you better. We welcome information regarding the type of event you are planning (is it a birthday party, a wedding, a play date, a baby shower, etc). If it’s a birthday party, please let us know how old is the little tot turning.
We will revert to you within 24 hours to confirm availability of the requested time slot and a package and will begin the planning process!
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to hold your spot, with the remaining balance due 10 business days prior to the event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your deposit should you decide to cancel at a later time. Check out Our Rules for additional details regarding our Cancellation Policy.
Depending on the package you select, we will require additional time for set up and take down, which is not included in your total play time.
