Our Rules…


COVID-19 DISCLOSURE

Safety is our main concern! While we are in the COVID-19 Pandemic state, the following strict guidelines will remain in effect by Hop Hop Tots Play Cafe.

We are fully compliant with CDC and NYS DOH guidelines and recommendations. All of our equipment is being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event using only approved anti-bacterial substances that are also safe for kids. Sanitizing stations are installed at each event for your and your guests safety and convenience. Our staff is wearing masks, walk-through, take down and any other in-person interaction with you.

Play Rules

We take pride in maintaining our equipment in a great condition and ask our customers to treat it with the same care and respect.

Our soft play equipment is designed for kids 5 years old or younger. No shoes, food, drink, sharp objects, paint (including face painting) or other play equipment/structures are allowed inside our playground. Kids and adults must wear socks or be barefoot while inside the play area.

The capacity of kids within the playground will depend on the size of the play area in your booking and will be covered as part of the walk-through by our staff.

Our staff is not present during the play time and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their kids at all times.

All equipment must be returned in the original condition. Our staff will inspect the equipment at the pick time for any damages or stains to determine the amount of any potential deep cleaning and/or replacement.

Booking and Pricing

Once we receive your booking form, we will revert within 24-48 hours with availability confirmation of your desired time slot. At the time of booking, we require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time and signed rental agreement. We also collect $200 refundable security deposit, that will be refunded to you after we inspect the equipment post your event for any damages.

Remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to your event.

Delivery fee is not included in the package price and is determined based on party location.

Waiver for each child participating in a playground must be signed prior to installation of our equipment.

You can make changes to the packages up to 10 business days prior to your event. Any difference in pricing will be due or compensated accordingly. Changes to the packages less than 10 business prior to event cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated on the best effort basis.

Customization

We know how much you want your party to be unique! Any package can be customized to meet your specific needs and wants! We can mix and match items from different packages and Add On. Just tell us your theme and we will design a few custom option for you to choose from! Similarly, we can work with you select custom designs to decorate your place to further compliment your theme and “wow” your guests!

Cancellations

Life happens and we will try to accommodate you as best we can!

Should you decide to cancel your reservation prior to an event without valid reason, we will not be able to refund any payments or deposits, with an exception of $200 refundable security deposit.

If you need to re-schedule an event less than 10 business days prior to the due date, we can work with you to re-schedule for another time, but only 25% of your initial 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the new date.

Should you decide to cancel due to weather conditions, we will be able to reschedule your event for another time, but unfortunately we will not be able to refund any payments or deposits.

If weather issue occurs during the event, we will not be able to either refund any payments or deposits nor reschedule your event.

Delivery, Installation and

Take Down

You are not charged for installation and take down time and it is not included in your total play time.

Depending on the package, we will arrive 2-3 hours prior to an event to install the equipment. We will arrive at the agreed upon time after your event finishes to take down the equipment.
